We're Hiring! Full-Time Director of Influencer Growth, Content and Customer Success

We're looking for our first key hire to help grow InfluenceKit and build a company influencers and creators love.

We're InfluenceKit, and we're all about making influencer marketing better for everyone. Our platform helps brands and content creators team up more effectively and show the real impact of their work together. We truly believe that when done right, influencer marketing is the best way for genuine brands to connect with engaged audiences.

Our goal is simple: to make working with influencers easier, more transparent, and more enjoyable for everyone. We've created smart tools that take the headache out of tracking, reporting, and improving influencer campaigns.

About the role:

As the Director of Influencer Growth, Content, & Customer Success, you'll be focused on InfluenceKit’s core users: influencers and creators. You'll develop strategies to increase influencer adoption, create engaging content, and ensure our influencers and creators get maximum value from our platform.

This job combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across growth, content creation, and customer success. We want InfluenceKit to be known, loved, and fully utilized by every influencer, and you'll be at the forefront of making that happen. Your efforts will not only drive growth but also enhance the overall experience and success of our influencer community.

The Opportunity:

As a bootstrapped, founder-run company, we're looking for our first key hire to help grow InfluenceKit and build a company influencers love and choose as their preferred way of sharing stats with sponsors. What You'll Do:

  • Influencer Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of influencers who use and share reports through InfluenceKit.

  • Content Creation: Develop, implement, and track InfluenceKit's organic and social content strategy to enhance visibility and drive user sign-ups.

  • Customer Success: Oversee and improve influencers' support systems, ensuring they get the most value from InfluenceKit.

The majority of your time will be spent on growth and content creation. Customer support will be sprinkled throughout each week and handled as needed.

To be good at this job, you'll need:

  • A Passion for Creators: A genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy and helping influencers succeed. Experience as an influencer or creator is a plus.

  • Go-Getter Attitude: A proactive and self-motivated work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning. We're committed to investing in your growth and development if you bring the right skills and mindset.

  • Content Expertise: Expertise in SEO, keyword optimization, and social content strategies

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a talent for creating engaging content and providing supportive customer interactions.

  • Tech-saviness: Proficiency in project management, analytics, and content creation tools. (e.g., InfluenceKit, Asana, GA4, GSC, Canva).

  • Accountability: Experience establishing and tracking outcomes for growth, content performance, and customer success.

How you'll know if you're succeeding:

  • Increase in the number of influencers sharing reports through InfluenceKit.

  • Growth in InfluenceKit's social media following and engagement.

  • Positive trends in customer success metrics and influencer satisfaction.

Who you'll work with: 

You'll work closely with Chris Tuttle, CEO, CMO, and co-founder of InfluenceKit.

Commitment & Compensation:

This is a full-time, remote, contract position.

Pay starts at $50,000/yr but may be up to $75,000/yr with experience.
